The low weight is due to the in-mould manufacturing, in which the upper shell is thermally connected to the Hi-EPS. This results in a firm surface connection, which is responsible for a very stable construction. In addition, the edges are finished with the polycarbonate shell Edge Protect. The outer shell is designed with exclusive Disney and Star Wars designs - just like the removable, washable and inner padding.
